Artwork Preparation
We prefer digitally prepared artwork.
Acceptable artwork includes:
- Embroidery disks in the Tajima format with a .DST extension
- Vector art, such as Illustrator files with .eps and .ai extensions
- We also accept vector art with .wmf and .cdr extensions
- Any other formats will require artwork charges
- Please provide your company's PMS color numbers or the appropriate Madeira classic embroidery thread numbers. Otherwise we will match your company's colors. After you approve your embroidered sample or swatch we keep it on file for future use. Under no circumstances can embroidered products be returned.
